proton and neutron are about the same. Smaller is the electron, and even smaller is the neutrino.

Electrons have virtually no atomic mass , therefore they are the smallest . (yes it's C)

Electron because it is incredibly small . like 1840 times smaller than proton. and it travels around the proton. Nucleus is made of proton and neutron and electron travels around it. hope that helps.
