  5. You have to be an employee to get a usps email account. Your supervisor will have to approve you for outlook access. All employees have a email address assigned to them when access is granted.

  6. Only if you put in a "change of address" notice at the same time you open the PO box. Otherwise---anything still addressed to your old address will still go to the old address. The zip code should be where you get your mail.
