yes use express mail,its guaranteed overnight and if they don't get it by 11:30 the next day the USPS will reinburse you for the cost.

Ask to a supervisor or the postmaster. I take it you placed the hold over the internet. These are supposed to be printed off everyday and given to the carriers. It s possible that this didn t happen and that s why the clerk couldn t find it...

In most cases, 3-5 days. Longer over holidays. If you haven;t received it in 7 business days, contact post office. If it absolutely has to be there, pay the extra for overnight mail.
