  3. Ask to a supervisor or the postmaster. I take it you placed the hold over the internet. These are supposed to be printed off everyday and given to the carriers. It s possible that this didn t happen and that s why the clerk couldn t find it...

  5. In most cases, 3-5 days. Longer over holidays. If you haven;t received it in 7 business days, contact post office. If it absolutely has to be there, pay the extra for overnight mail.

  7. depends on the way it was shipped. when my parents ship packages from fla to me in del it takes about 4 or 5 days. i would give it 1 more day then see if they can track it. did you get insurance on the item?
