We need a new organization that is totally constituted of democratic organizations. None others need apply. No.. they should not be in the United Nations .. or any of the councils .

absolutely not. Hugo Chávez is an idiot, and doesn't give a rats' behind about human rights ! however, as soon as Cuba looses its communist government, they should be allowed.
