You may want to go online to usps.com and research through their website on the actual procedure for this. I think when and if they call you there are some testing sites you report to and then you take a series of tests..from there, not sure..good luck.

sorry to say this but i think you have been scammed. I just recently took this test and didnt have to pay a thing. you just go on usps.com and fill out application then they schedule you for exam. dont know if you will get money back unless you got a name
