Some specs are different on models, you can contact auto parts store and have them check both years and see if there is a difference if there is then no if yes then go to town and change them.

I dont know of any sites but I can tell you 100 percent the exhaust systems wont work on each others vehicles, part of it like the muffler maybe, but all the piping, no way.
