Polish the screen with a slightly damp micro fibre cloth. You have a build-up of something on the screen. The cloth should be damp.....not wet!

you`ll have to reset the touchscreen. turn the phone off, then push a finger on the touch screen for about ten seconds as the phone is restarting. that should do it :)

Wouldnt make much sense for microsoft to put out an OS that only worked on a touch screen, they wouldnt sell very many copies...
