...run pretty true to size. I'm an 8 or a 9 in shoes and the 8.5s fit me perfectly. In any case...next size up or down :) And I love my toms . They're extremely comfortable and look cute ...

they kinda look like slippers, but they're for a good cause! every one you buy, a pair is donated to a kid who can't afford shoes . i'd wear them if i was going somewhere and was being lazy
