  5. you have to see if the valve stem is a (older style) rubber or a newer style with the sensor inside . it will be a metal stem with a nut holding it to the rim .

  10. You would have to have a dealer to check for a bad sesnor, but you should have a device that comes with the truck or car to reset it and the manual tells the procedure.
