It all depends on what your gpa is. If it is on the lower side, it will be harder to get in. Also transferring is considerably easier than getting in as a freshmen.

you need to call the university transfer coordinator or councilor and ask them the specifics. I would assume you need at least a 3.2 to beconsidered, but dont expect to get in without a GPA above 3.6

look the way most colleges work is not only by grades but by the extras also your essay and lets face it most colleges have random selection which really stinks.

I'll rate Michigan State higher purely on the basis of personal experience. I've had some friends attend Univ of Minnesota and heard they're good for business programs.

You should call the university and ask them directly./ I don't think that it will ruin your chances but it may make them more difficult.

Carlson school of management requires a GPA of at least 3.5. And you need an ACT of at least 30. I'd say you have a fair chance :)
