LLC is the way to go. You then distribute "shares" to each investor in the LLC appropriate to their investment.

I don't know anything about the corp. thing but I know people and just to be very sure, I would be certain...think I am saying anyone involved is not worthy of the situation I just wanted to be honest w/you.

Sure they can. The easiest way is to run it as a partnership. I'll tell you... partners to agree when it comes time to sell and at agree on the price and offers! Also what happens if one partner wants...
