ST would indicate a trailer tire . P indicates a passenger-metric tire for cars and light trucks. Dimensionally they are identical but they differ in construction and tread design.

How valuable is your trailer? Can you afford to replace it when a tire blows at speed just because you wanted to save a few bucks on tires ? Use the tires that were designed to do the job.
