  4. Suicide clauses usually are for a limited time after first buying the policy. After a few years they are no loger in effect. So you have to read the contract to find out.

  9. Only if they're terminally ill. A person's real intentions may be masked by a mental disorder (of which I have several). Give them a few weeks of therapy before being eligible for assisted suicide .
