Your ID # should be on last year's tax return. Otherwise, I'm sure you can get a copy by calling them and paying their fee.

It is nearing the BEGINNING. The entire process would have taken less than a month if you had started with the petition. The court didn't lose the file. YOU failed to OPEN the file.

If you know it's an overpayment, contact the office that issued the check and ask them what to do. If you do cash it, don't spend more than the amount that was owed to you.
