Are you trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate while you're booted into Professional? To upgrade, you'll need to reinstall the OS.

There is no way to restore your "program files" or applications without reinstalling them. You can copy the user data files from the previous user accounts/directories.

either r clik n send to specific drive, or copy files to be moved or copied, to the specific location on new computer and paste in specific folder in specific drive. that's it...nothing to it.
