Bacterial endospores are protected by a kind of shell that would only 'open' when environment would allow it to flourish (reproduce by self-replica). Some may hypotheses that life on earth came from a comet having bacterial endospores...

It's not bacteria . It's a colony of protozoans, called volvox. These are commonly found in pond water. You won't find anything quite like this in the bacterial kingdom.
