I don t use it often since I found out it is very liberal. Check the sources and they are almost always from news sources like CNN, or MSNBC. Sometimes they even use opinion articles to prove the facts .

Definitely legit. I send people to it when they send me forwards. It usually has good up to date information on what is made up and what is true and what is a combo of the two.

I don't think it's rude. Sometimes people think that the thing they are posting is real. They feel like they are doing something to help. I'd want to know it was a fake if I'd posted something like that.
