You can not rewrite on a CD/ DVD that isn't a rewritable. The burn on these are permanent. You can burn these as multi- session and add files later on, but that is just about it.

Avery makes my favorite stuff. It is a little but pricey(not sure of your volume) but they make pre-cut paper that will use templates that are built right into word so it makes it simple to do it yourself and the paper is pretty close...
