The circulation equals ∫ c ((3x - 3y) dx + 4x dy) = ∫∫ [(∂/∂x)4x - (∂/∂y)(3x - 3y)] dA, by Green's Theorem = ∫∫ (4 - (-3)) dA = 7 * (Area of the sector ) = 7 * (3 * π/3) = 7π. I hope this helps!
