It depends on how you interpret! But yes, it is a real Charity Organisation working not only in US but in many countries.

Seriously, if you want to help children , it's best to do it closer to home. Give to your local homeless shelter or soup kitchen.

To help fund the poor children in third world countries. I actually think it is a very good cause:)
