  2. It varies from firm to firm, but I have never had to use my own supplies.  Sometimes, I have chosen to do so, but I was not asked to.  Some firms are run well and some are run poorly...

  9. Andrews has no experience in the private sector .  With his skill base he might be qualified to flip burgers at Maccas, clean offices etc.  I wouldn't trust him in a management position however.
