Mills himself was quite elitist. The power elite are simply people with money. Money buys a better education and finance politicians they want to win. Money is power . Simple as that.

Yes he is definitely using his power to abuse the country . I don't recall him telling the American people (during the campaign ) vote for me and I'll turn America into a socialist state .
