correlation =/= causation. Most Christians in the U.S. are Christians who don't practice it and know almost nothing about it because they were born to parents who were Christians who don't practice and know almost nothing about it.

I think it should be offered for everyone over 25. Why 25? Time to live life a little bit to determine if you wish to procreate or not.

Again, I think it will have a negative impact overall. Some sectors will benefit--the demand for housing will be greater, for example. And the tax base will increase. I'm mostly concerned about the welfare system being overloaded...
