Get a spray bottle, add about 2 tablespoons of liquid dish soap to the water, be careful not to shake it up, you do not want any bubbles in it. Spray the mixture on all the vacuum hoses while the car is running, any leaks will bubble.

steel wheels are heavy. when you combine that with a tire, they are really heavy. the mass resist rotation, eating hp. now if the wheel was solid it would compound this. did you think alloys were just for looks?

if the water is coming in the lower holes its because you have a lot of water under your floor...if you plug the lower holes your pump may run less but the water will still be there at the lower levels...if water under your floor doesnt...
