If workers are being exposed, then the ventillation needs to be fixed. If it is making the workers sick, OSHA should be called.

Check with a chemical supply house, although as an individual you may not be able to make the purchase. It is being phased out, and considered a carcinogen in California, so that may complicate matters some. But lots of chemicals...
