If you're using credit card or paypal it will give the seller the amount in their currency, but you bank or credit card will deduct the amount in your currency.

eBay and PayPal will protect you through this, so don't sweat it. 24 hours sometimes...have all you need to get the refund from either the seller or eBay or PayPal, but you won't care who.

...put a flat shipping rate (say, $12.00), then they'll pay that when they do PayPal or you send an invoice, etc. It's pretty straight forward!
