  5. If you buy it locally or from a website that charges sales tax , it will be whatever your state sales tax is. If you order it online from say newegg or zip zoom fly there won't be a sales tax charge.

  9. you only have to apply tax to things you sell if you sell to someone that resides in the same state as you. thats the USA policy. I don't know the international policy.
