acrylic paint , when dry, has a "rougher" texture and is "plasticy" and is great when you wanna do paintings with 3D effects. oil paintings are smoother.

The difference is the type of picture. The second is a more romantic shot and you can see in that pciture that you like each other. The 1st shot is kind of a goofy happy shot. My vote is for the 2nd one - assuming that you are...

Try oil based paint . I know that's weird, but it sticks. You can find it in the craft section. You can either paint all your toes that color, or you can use that as a base coat. Otherwise...tattoo it on.
