  5. water hold absolutely no nutritional value ..and even if you drank too much of it you wouldn't get fat..you WOULD gain...technically not "eating"...a couple other foods have almost no calories an veryyy little nutrition...

  7. Overheating food deteriorates it's nutritional value . So it doesn't matter if it's cooked in the microwave or on the stove or in the oven. If it's over cooked, it has fewer nutrients.
