yes milk has B12. nutrition labels don't have to include everything that is naturally in a product..Milk also has potassium and thats not listed either.

definitely veggies as you need mountains of vitamin c always - it's soluble - vit a and fibre. don't bother with traditional green salads but cabbage and cauliflower are both really good. check self nutrition data website.

that's because manufacturers don't have an obligation to list vitamin/mineral content of fish. it also varies in concentration depending on where the fish was caught, how old it is, when it was packed, how it was processed etc.
