Couldn't you combine the sum with something healthy? Subway as well as, or something? I'd say just to encourage that as sustainence is borderline abusive. Honestly. Beside's it's not like he would understand the principles or rationing it, if you left...

Personally, I don't think protein alone is enough, you need a mixture of some carbs. If you don't want bread, or potato with it, I don't know, eat a ton of veggies with it to make it a more well rounded meal.

No, not really. Lots of people don't eat meals on a 'traditional' schedule due to work or school or other issues. Getting in the calories and nutrition you need, on a daily basis, is more important than what time you eat.
