Personally, I don't think protein alone is enough, you need a mixture of some carbs. If you don't want bread, or potato with it, I don't know, eat a ton of veggies with it to make it a more well rounded meal.

No, not really. Lots of people don't eat meals on a 'traditional' schedule due to work or school or other issues. Getting in the calories and nutrition you need, on a daily basis, is more important than what time you eat.

please do not fast, that makes the body convert the next food it gets to fat as efficiently as is can, moderate extra exercise is good IF you are eating too many calories. Do you have heal;thy snacks like carrots and such?

While liquids in the food might help absorption, the sensible answer is to eat smaller amounts more often so there is nutrition available to be absorbed on a continuous basis.
