Make it playful and cute- not creepy and mushy-gushy. Make it short and simple- since you are still in school the guy probably doesn't want a long and heartfelt note right off the bat. Good Luck!! :)

Yea that would actually be really cute. Write a cute personalized note . I think those mean more. I do them for my boyfriend all the time. He loves them.

Ask her face to face, it shows that you can handle things like rejection and that you have a good amount of confidence. If you go with the note , she might think you're a weenie. ;P
