  3. Pawn shop. NFCU may offer a credit card to you that you can do a cash withdrawal at some rate. The amount is so small though they may not work it through. Another thing would be to see if a friend can spot you.

  5. There is no right to return a vehicle. Buying a vehicle is a long-term financial obligation and you should think it through before you commit yourself. At the very least, you would be in breach of contract, worst case, it's a repossession.
