no they cant they have to pay minimum wagee, u are just limited to how many hours u can work during a week while underage and in school .

It's simple: you are minor, so the law is in favor of your parents. Unless you get emancipated you don't have legal authority to decide by yourself where to live.

Yes. Mere possession of nunchaku in NY is a Class A misdemeanor under Penal Law section 265.01 and you can go to jail for up to one year. (That's the sentence if you're 16 or older).
