Im not in NY. BUT i didnt take some tests that were required and no issues still. If you are really concerned maybe ask a local school board about it and get advice.

Sorry, but you will not find what you are looking for. NY educational laws do not allow virtual charter schools , and no private school could stay open if they gave away their services.
