hello fellow wisconsinite :) I would take a look at 4thehorses.com it is a website with mostly standerdbreds but they are all nice horses and at a decent price! they do have other breeds and are based in wisconsin :)

i live in ohio and i know you can't do anything about animal abuse unless you have a picture or video of the abuse. so i recomend taping it and showing it to the police. hope this helps ♥
