Yeah I've been there a few times, it pretty much is the Mexican ebay. The bad thing is that the sellers will rarely ship items to the US.

Internet shopping in Mexico is practically non-existant..just one called Mercado Libre which is kinda like E-Bay. Most restaurants buy from local or near local suppliers.
