I'd go ahead and stick it in the fridge but it should be fine. Just think, most people use it on cupcakes and don't bother to put the cupcakes in the fridge after icing them.

I don't think it will make much of a difference, slow cookers cook SO slowly that they hardly make any steam.

The nutrients would still be there. It's like making a stew with the nutrients. Which hamburger helper do you like? Its when cooking the veggies in water and then draining the water out, the nutrients go down the drain...

If the lids are intact and not bulging they should be fine. The crackers... fine (no bugs). If it does not have a rounded lid , which tells you the seal is broken, they should be fine. ...

Canning jars and lids made by Mason, Ball or Kerr can be used for.... The important things are size and having a good lid that either screws on or has a clamp. Good luck finding...
