  3. on the left side of your facebook home. there should be a little box that says search. click on that, write the persons name, and then once you ave clicked enter. all you havee to do is click add friend and you wait for the responce :)

  7. Go to write a message in "whats on your mind box" and put an @sign just before you write there name and there will be a drop down menu and select the name. to get the arrow pointing at someone elses name all you have to do is write it on there wall. hope this helps.
