Those do not look like ' bites ' to me..he needs to go to a dermatologist to determine what they are. It definitely needs medical attention ASAP.

Most of your symptoms sound like dehydration. As for itchy bruise, my guess is that you bumped into something rough that bruised and scraped your skin. The itch is the skin trying to heal, so don't scratch.

Sounds like a tick or chigger bite . Tick could be serious b/c of the possibility of Lymes Disease. I'd see my Dr. He may want to put you on erythromycin to stop/prevent Lymes.
