If your ID is correct you have nothing to worry about. Ichnumen wasps are harmless to humans. They are largely parasitic on spiders and other insects.

Whenever I buy a bag of any flour or meal, I leave it in the freezer for at least 2 days to kill anything that might be in the bag. After that, I just store it in a canister with a tight lid.
