Read the state budget. You will see that lottery funds HAVE reduced taxes. Hundreds of millions per year go to reduce overall tax rates.

yes it would be,, over 35 years ago lottery money was suppose to help support the schools.. where is that ...property taxes before the lottery ... then they changed the process after the lottery started.. schools are not the only thing in a bad situation...
