There really is no substitute for the taste of duck. Sprinkle some tofu cubes... on absorbent paper and serve the tofu with your other ingredients and some crushed peanuts.

It should work, but it won't have as much flavor without the sesame oil. Sesame oil has a strong taste that really stands out. Other than that you can use the other replacements. If you have some Sesame seed, add about a teaspoon to it.
