you use the flower part to make hash and no there no thc on the stems and seeds that a big reason why u take it out. you might only feel a little bit from any oil that rub on it but not much at all

...more I'm sure I missed. You could end up with some seeds that the breeder lists at 18% THC but that would be under near perfect conditions and the right phenotypes...
