Depends on how full they are... as they rise, the outside pressure decreases, and - this expands the balloon, so... they can pop. Or, they can float in the breeze, and eventually lose their internal gas, and drop back to Earth.

what's truly amazing about flat earthers is if you offered to take them up and helium assisted balloon so that they can actually see the curvature of the Earth with their own two eyes they will refuse!
