Lawyers don't do that... courts do. Normally records aren't expunged without a good reason...he's going to have to live with a record . Actions have consequences.

Try this, search records then enter your name in the defendant block http://www.hcdistrictclerk.com/common/e-services/eservices.aspx I found that by entering open access and the name of the county court
