You an see if you can find and install the Gplay apk, or from those stores . If you cannot, you need to find a rooted version of the OS, which will wipe current apps, settings, and content.

this looks like a cheap android knock-off these don't come with Google Play ... they come with their own app store , which is what you will need to set up and use, unless you root it.
