  4. Well not all places have street view (indicated by a blue line) But when you select a location you can usually choose street view if you can't then it's not available.

  5. I do have that new version for iPhone and Android, they are not live versions, but are very recent ( 30 days ago) there is a policy of privacy and Google needs to respect it...

  10. this is a pretty new feature and still in beta so they're working on it. Don't worry, USA will be covered completely within the next 12-18 months(that's what google announced)
